Health insurance
Health insurers only covers the costs incurred by a practitioner or doctor if there is a DSM-5 classification. What is a DSM-5 classification? The DSM-5 stands for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. It is a handbook of psychiatric disorders and is used by psychologists and psychiatrists as a classification system. This handbook describes the criteria for various disorders such as autism, adhd, ptsd, personality disorders, eating disorders, addictions and bipolar mood disorders. Usually the general practitioner refers if there is a diagnosis or suspicion of a DSM-5 classification and where it can be treated. Consider, for example, mental health care (GGZ). Health insurers also use this manual to determine whether or not a treatment can be covered. It depends on the seriousness of the complaint within the general practitioner or health care system. This falls under necessary essential care. The treatments of Hidden Divine are not included in these circumstances, since a (clinical) psychologist or psychiatrist is specialized and therefore more suitable to threat these types of cases.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of treatment. This is because the therapist’s travel and space costs are charged when scheduling an appointment with the client. In case of non-cancellation (no show) and in case of cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, the therapist is entitled to the reserved time.
